Revelation 4

Heyy guys! I was reading my Bible in Church today, and I wasn't needed for the Children's Church, so I read my Bible. See, in our church, the Youth class is before church starts, and the other classes and stuff are an hour later. So, as part of the Youth, we are able to help in the Children's classes. But today, they didn't need me. So, I decided to just read my Bible during that time. I felt like reading Revelation, because I haven't read it much. So, I came across Revelation 4, and you guys HAVE to read it! I was just in a trance just imagining how beautiful it was. I talks about the Lord's throne. I really like reading that book, I think it's more than talking about the future. I think it really resembles God's love, as well. No matter how confusing it may be. Thanks and God Bless! -hayhay

Nature Peace

Peace, everyone! This is a topic that really interests me---GOD's beauty. I really wanted to discuss this. For a little while now, I think I'll be going into a "series" about this. As I was growing up ( And still now, lol! ) I dream of being in Heaven with GOD, having my house be on a beach like on of them below, were GOD and I could chill out and swim in the water! Yet, I also dreamed of beneath my house, a secret waterfall were God and I could have picnics... LOL! It seems very detailed, but that's how I always picture it! Now, I really want to cover this because my web name is www.faithinpeace. To me, when I just look at these simple pictures, I gaze and I think of one thing----- Peace with GOD. Cool to think about, huh? So, what do these pictures remind you of? What's your dream place in Heaven with God? Please, tell me in the Comments area your answers. Neat to think about that as beautiful as these pictures are, Heaven will be an infinity times better! LOL! Hmmm....

September 11, 2001!

Ok, so I know it's obviously September 12th today ( Sorry! I didn't have time to write this yesterday! ) but anyway, I'd like to hear how the 9/11 has changed your life, or effected you in any way. To think that this happened only 8 years ago, alot of you can relate! It's not like something you've heard about in a history book or anything. We all ( well, unless you're 6 or younger ) have lived through this! Whether it effected you or not. But, you know, GOD has a plan and purpose for the 9/11. That's basicially what I first think about. You guys probably have loved ones that you've lost 8 years ago from this! That's why it's so sad. I don't have any relatives from New York, but this still means alot. I really, and I'm sorry, but I don't have much to say today. Keep those families in your prayers and know GOD has a plan and purpose. Remember the 9/11!

Markings In Your Bible

Hey guys! I started this thing at school, where we mark through our bibles. It's pretty cool, and if you haven't done it already, I'll tell you how to do it. Start out by reading through any chapter you like. Then, find all the keywords in that chapter that you feel are important. Then, symbolize the different words with colored pencils! For instance, if you mark GOD, you can make a purple triangle over it. Then while your reading through the chapter, mark all the words meaning GOD, ( Lord, Jesus, GOD, Savior )anything, and even the words like You, He, His referring to GOD. Then if you read that chapter maybe years later, you understand by the purple triangle that that means GOD. Make sense? You don't have to do a purple triangle! That's just an example. Make it how you want it, the way you'll respond to it the best. This is all just an idea. It not only makes it easier when you read them later, but it also makes your bible pages pretty when you flip them all LOL! Anyway, if you have any comments or suggestions, please comment this post. Thanks! :)

Great Verses!

Hi! I'm sorry about not writing a post in a while. Nothing seemed to happen this summer! And besides. It's hard to write for a Christian blog sometimes! So today, I'd like to show you some verses in the bible. Here you go! John 14:1-3
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. Revelation 21:4
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me. Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." "God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging." Romans 12:1-2
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will." Psalm 32:8-10
"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you and watch over you."

Do not be like the horse or the mule,
which have no understanding
but must be controlled by bit and bridle
or they will not come to you.

Many are the woes of the wicked,
but the LORD's unfailing love
surrounds the man who trusts in him."
Philippians 4:4-7
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Titus 2:11-14
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope - the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. Jude 1:24-25
To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy - to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. These verses are some of the many great verses in the bible. My personal favorite is, 1 Thessalonians 5:18 " Give thanks in all circumstances. For this is GOD's will for you in Christ Jesus. " Thanks!

My Faith

Today I'd like to explain a little bit why I have faith in GOD. I mean, as I grew up my parents surrounded me with Christians music, and going to church every Sunday. But a few years ago, I began to realize, that your not just a Christian because your family is. It's an idividual relationship we have with Him. At second grade, I was put into a Christian School. I learned, and still learn alot there about Him. But the reason I knew He was in exsistance, was because first of all, the proof of the Bible. The Bible was written for a specific purpose. It was written so that non believers could read it, and understand that what GOD has promised, never failed. Those stories aren't fairytales, they are non-fictionl stories that happened thousands of years ago. How do I know they aren't fictional? Well, one reason is that everything ties together perfectly. Anyway, the bible is also a guide book to life. People used to be able to walk and talk with Jesus about any questions they had. Now that He is in Heaven with GOD again, the bible is here for examples of the true stories that have happened, and we can read them and understand in different situations what should be done, and what shouldn't. The Bible also is in alot of ways, Jesus' answer back to us. If we pray to Him, His answer may hold right where you were brought in your bible. Those are some true facts on the bible. That's why I am what I am today: A christian girl trying to help other non-christians. Now please, ask questions and I will answer them! Thanks!

A Prayer!

Are any of you interested in giving your heart to Jesus? If you are, pray the following prayer: " Lord Jesus I confess that you are Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. Jesus, thankyou that You died on the cross for my sins. Jesus, I open up the door of my heart and I ask You to come in and be my Lord and my Savior. Forgive me of all my sins and come be the Lord of my life. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen. " If you prayed this prayer, and you TRUELY meant all of it in your heart, then at this moment, angels in heaven are writing your name in God's book. So when you die, and you are outside the gates of heaven, your name will be there, in that book. Since it permanently was, you will earn your life in Heavemn with your All Mighty GOD! How exciting! And this same statement tells us that once you are a Christian, you can't un-be one. Because they can't just erase your name from the book. Which means you wont loose your Christianity. If you don't end up in Heaven, it's because your name's not in the book. The only reason that may hold true is that if you asked Jesus into your heart, you didn't mean it. That's why you must mean it with all your heart. It's not about saying the words, it's about meaning them.

Sorry!

Hey guys! I'm sorry that I haven't made new updates in a while. I've been so caught up with my other blog, and other things. That whole time I knew I have been ignoring this blog and paying my full attention to the other. It goes back to when I said I only wanted one blog. So, now that I have 2, I'm paying attention the the one I like better. But, that's just selfishness. Because, I was doing my best to get my own way, and neglecting this blog. But, that's not going to happen anymore. Because this blog is more important than my other one. My other blog talks about my life. On this blog, I'm talking about Jesus Christ. Not all of us have Him within us, but I do. And I think that instead of caring so much about telling people about myself, I should spread all that I know about Jesus, to those that don't have Him. So, I made some changes. I got a REALLY cool backround, ( Well, it's cool to me, I don't know about you ) And I updated my slideshow. I have a blog description and a HUGE Hibiscus flower on the top and I also have an interactive sheep to play with! I named Him Jesus Christ because first of all, if I named him, " Jesus " people might have thought I named him, " Jesus ( Hay-soos )" You know what I mean? And second of all, In the Bible, God explains that Jesus Is the Lamb of GOD. So, I hope you enjoy the new updates, and I'll be sure to add more. I know this blog isn't much, but I think it's more what's written in the posts matters more than the games and music. Maybe sometime I'll put an interactive chat room on so that you guys can chat about your Christian life, and get to know other Christians. And when I say that this blog is for Christians, not true. I mean, this is a Christian blog, but what I hope for is that some non-christian will be surfing the internet, and will stumble apon this blog. And who knows, maybe ask Jesus into their hearts because of it. That would be the most incredible thing that I could bring fourth. Oh, and ALWAYS be sure to ask questions through these posts that you don't understand, and I WILL answer them. Thankyou!

Hey Everyone!

Over the summer, you guys might wanna check out some of these chapters and books found in your Bible. The following books and chapters are readings that I have read, and think that it would be good to share with some of you. Well first off, I read James with my class at school. It's not a long book, but it goes over many important problems in life and how to face them. These chapters talk about judgement, repenting your sins, temptation, favoritism, how to watch our tongue, and many more problems in each of the chapters. Another is 1 Thessalonians. I like the whole book of 1 Thessalonians, but I think 1 Thessalonians 5, is a meaningful chapter. It talks about how we need to be happy, and live our life with encouragement, understaning, and that we need to live with a positive attitude. I also personally like the book of Daniel as one of my favorites. It shows that Daniel was a godly man, and he lived with no fear of being killed from worshiping GOD. I sometimes I have a problem of over-reacting and worrying over the most dramatic problems you could imagine. I used to think I would die if I forgot to breath!! That was a long time ago, and I'm over that. But think about it: Daniel came so much closer to dieing many times when he wasn't worrying about anything! I think that's really cool. Another was the book of Job. Job was a man of GOD that lived a good life. He worshiped GOD, but to Satan, it seemed that Job only worshiped GOD because GOD gave him a good life. So GOD allowed Satan ruin Job's life for all to see if true. Yet Job still cried out to GOD and worshiped him because he knew and believed that this all was part of GOD's plan. We don't need to understand why GOD does some of the things he does, but we have to know that since it's part of HIS plan, that He knoes what He's doing. So, if you think that out of these four things some might apply to you, why don't you just check it out. Through it, GOD will give you the answer to your problems. Because we know that GOD is perfect, we know that His answers to our questions are perfect. Remember, He wrote the Bible as our guide to life. These are His words. Now I'm not saying that GOD grabed a piece of paper and a pencil and started writing the Bible. He revealed it to the prophets and therefore, He did it through the prophets. If any questions, comment this post. Thanks!

Why I Made This Blog

Hello, everyone out there! This is me, hayhay. Or, Hayley. Now that you have gotten a chance to see what I stand for, I'd like to explain how this came to me, and why I stand for those reasons. As some of you may now, I've had my blog entitled www.hayhay9.blogspot.com for quite a while now, and I was VERY content with it. I made it last year, and I was perfectly happy with what I had. Infact, all I wanted was that ONE blog!! But, look at me now. I have another one. Heres the reason why. I was on the computer, when I saw this video named, " Jesus Will Cum Again " I figured I would get something out of this teenage girl, who posted the video, and I wanted to see what she had to say. What she had to say, was AWFUL! She was telling this whole story on how this guy came up to her saying that GOD was guiding her, and that Jesus will come again. She totally disagreed and based on what I thought, trashed the whole Christian religon! ( well, she tried too. ) Anyway, It hurt my feelings so much to the point that I made this blog. Keep in mind, I only wanted one blog. But I felt like GOD wanted me too for some reason. I wanted to use this for the lost people out there that are pondering around the Internet and discover this little blog made by me, and select it. Even if they thought the whole Christian religon was crud, they might have wanted to see what I had to say, as I had wanted before. I thought back on the thought that it might be to complicating to run 2 blogs. But I knew that I was making these excuses because I only wanted one blog. But, GOD goes first in everything. It doesnt matter whether I like the idea or not, I must obey GOD because He knows what's best. The adress for this blog is faithinpeace.com because first of all, the ideas I wanted were taken. But second of all, I belive that we need to have faith in peace. I, myself, before this blog has never heard that saying before. After all, it's an original. But I think it stands for a good message. To me, having faith in peace means to pray, hope and have faith that someday, there wont be people like that girl in the video to trash the Christian religon. That's not peace. I think that place of peace, is in Heaven. The place that Christians will go when we die. That's peaceful, and to say that I have faith in peace, for me, means that I have faith in GOD and Heaven. Thankyou SOOO much for listening for what I had to say, and I'm really for all these long posts!

My Speech

This is my speech that I made about Jesus. I hope you enjoy it, because it's for a speech at school. Here I go: " There have been, are, and will be many incredible people who have touched many lives, but I think this paticuar person is winner over all. His name is Jesus, the One who has touched many lives throughout history, and still today. Jesus lived a perfect life. He was born in Bethlahem. As much as He was human, there were still many differences between Him, and everybody else. Fist of all, I believe every human being was put on this earth to accomplish the gifts given to us by GOD. Having said that, Jesus was put on this earth to die. He lived a short life, too. But he was a perfect man. No other human being ever was, is or will be perfect. He is the only One. He was able to heal the sick, He gave to the poor, and He never sinned. One rememberable thing that Jesus did was heal the sick. In Matthew , it talks about a man who had leprosy. Jesus came to the man, and touched him. The man began to feel warmpth inside of him, and all the leprosy began to fade away in an instant. A little while later in Matthew, a woman was crieing out to Him.
She was dieing from a fever. Yet when Jesus approached her, He layed His hands on her. No sickness remained. Isn't it amazing how Jesus loves us more than anything in the world and we did nothing to deserve it? He healed the dangerously sick man and woman. They did nothing to deserve that healing, and we did nothing to deserve the healing we get noe, from His Father, our Father GOD, anymore than they did. Next, Jesus was to die for out sins. Before His death, He treated everyone as if He were their servant. Now not only did He treat us so kindly, He loved us so much, that He dies for us! We were supposed to die uneternaly if we sinned. But Jesus, who never sinned, died on the cross in place of us and our sins, so that we may go to Heaven. That if we believe in everything He did for us, and recieve Him spirtitually in our hearts, we may be with Him in GOD, in Heaven. Just imagine: you're being nailed to a cross, wearing a crown of thorns, dieing a slow and painful death. Roman soldiers were even mocking Him throughout the whole process too! I have recieved Him in my heart, and I am now saved. I was saved at 7 years old. I thought I was Christian before then just because I believed in Him. Now I know, it's much more than that. You must pray, and ask Him to come into your heart. If you truely mean it, He will. By now you can see, that Jesus was an amazing person. He has touched me in such a profound way, and I hope that by sharing these truths, He has touched you. Because He not only touched many lives when He was alive, but He still touches lives today. I have accepted Him, and now His spirit lives within me. I believe that He healed the sick, and died on the cross, for our salvation!!!!! These are the reasons why I think Jesus is a great example for someone who has touched many lives! " - hayhay
